Our disinfection technology is used around the clock with the animals on site. The production equipment dispenses a low and continuous dose of AnoDes directly into incoming water. With Anolytech’s machine, the growth of bacteria between point inserts is avoided. The system also ensures that there is no growth of bacteria in the places that are usually difficult to keep clean, such as nipples and pipes. Anolyte pH is also used for boot washing, dimming and surface disinfection.
Bacteria-free drinking water
When your useful water reaches the stable, the animal herd will add bacteria to the drinking water when they drink from a common drinking place or
by, for example, intestinal bacteria ending up in the drinking water. Then it does not matter that you have a good incoming water, municipal or from your own well. If you do not disinfect the water, there will be a steady growth of unwanted bacteria in the drinking water no matter how much you clean.
The reason is that the bacteria settle where you can not clean. In pipes, nipples, behind plates, valves etc. They can move upstream in a pipe with a pressure of 10 bar. They form a biofilm that is simply a factory for bacteria. It will continue to produce more bacteria until you remove the film. And you can not do that without using a continuous and effective disinfection.
The animals add both good and bad bacteria to the drinking water, which together with the other bacteria from feed, the rest of the herd and the stable environment exposes the animals to a high bacterial pressure. In that situation, not much is needed for the bacteria to affect the animals’ appetite, growth or create infections and diseases.
Water sample on Swedish farms
Of 231 surveyed Swedish animal farms with serviceable incoming water, the results were when the samples were taken outside where the animals drink:
62% had unusable water,
29% unsuitable with remark,
9% had serviceable water. *
Of the 231 farms surveyed, only 20 of the farms had drinking water for the animals.

Bacterial pressure
If you have problems with high bacterial levels in production, anolytech’s technology can lower the total bacterial pressure by removing the bacteria your current drinking water adds and it will give you the opportunity to focus on the rest of the production. If one thinks that of the total feed supply, the drinking water often constitutes between 30-50% and if then the drinking water has high levels of unwanted bacteria, everyone realizes what it means for production and animal health. With Anolytech you lower the total bacterial pressure to a much lower level.
Approved for organic production
The use of “electrolysed water” in organic production is approved by the EU. EGTOP; The EU Expert Group on Organic Production states the following about the use of hypochlorous acid, produced on site with equipment of the type provided by Anolytech (“electrolysed water”):

The substances listed in Annex VII (1) have been approved for organic production in the EU. In the group’s opinion (Expert group for technical advice on organic production), there is a broad consensus that these substances (listed in Annex VII.1) are in line with the objectives and principles of organic production.
In the group’s view, the use of electrolysed water is similar to the use of sodium hypochlorite. It can therefore be used for all purposes for which sodium hypochlorite is approved, but not for any other purpose. At present, the group sees no reason to clearly indicate electrolysed water. Other uses of AnoDes
Boot washing
AnoDes can be used to disinfect boots to prevent infectious agents from entering the stable. At the entrance to an area with animals and between different departments, AnoDes can be used for boot bathing. The boots must be washed clean before disinfection to give the right effect.
Surface disinfection
AnoDes is an effective disinfectant that kills 99.99% of bacteria, viruses, yeasts, molds, spores and fungi. Can be used to disinfect loose objects, walls, surfaces and utensils.

Hoof spray
With Anolytech’s hoof spray, you get an automatic system that disinfects with AnoDes. Avoid bacteria-related problems such as hoof rot, digital dermatitis, cleft palate inflammation, etc., which cost a lot of money every year, take a lot of time and cause suffering in the animals.
Sustainable future
A non-alcoholic disinfection that effectively kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, fungi, mold and spores. The disinfectant is pH neutral and non-drying. AnoDes is produced by electrolysis and is completely free of dyes and alcohol, and effective in low concentrations.

Circular process
Takes disinfection from a linear process with fire and environmentally hazardous shipping and waste to a sustainable circular process with recycling and refilling of existing containers on site. In this way, business and important societal functions secure the supply of disinfection while at the same time being innovative with sustainability and safety in focus.
Cost effective
Hypochlorous acid is produced from water, salt and electricity and is so efficient that only a low percentage concentration is required in a finished working solution, which keeps the production cost very low. It is a cheap and powerful disinfectant for sterilization, disinfection and water purification procedures.
